Moisture Leaks

Moisture detection is one of the most valauable and fundamental uses of thermal imaging. Taken from the outside of a building structure, infrared photos easily reveal water and air infiltration through exterior coverings, water and air infiltration around windows and door, leaking roofs and skylights, and failed weather-stripping.

Interior photos immediately locate plumbing leaks inside the building - including leaking pipes, improperly sealed toilets, leaky shower pans and bathtubs, water pipe condensation, mouldy inside walls, and wet insulation.

Thermal imaging inspection before purchasing a building will locate problems a regular building inspection can't detect. Call us for more information about the procedure and the cost. Thermal imaging is considered to be the best possible test you can perform to learn about leaks, mould and invisible water damage.
